Remote Software

QSROnline provides a one-time remote login to your computer using FastSupport, if you do not have your own remote connection software. Examples of other remote connection software includes LogMeIn and Team Viewer. If you have your own remote connection software, you can send QSROnline the login information, so we may access your computer.

Accessing your Computer

The following should be allowed, in order for us to access your computer remotely:

Port 80 (HTTP) and Port 443 (SSL) need to be allowed/opened for the following domains:

    *.QSRONLINE.COM

 

The port for FTP connection should also be allowed. This can be tested by going to ftp3.qsronline.com.

If your firewall does not support wildcard (*.domain) entries, use these specific domains for Ports 80 and 443:

*Please go to www.citrixonline.com/iprange and allow these ip ranges.

 

The QSROnline.com servers use the following IP address range:

199.244.52.190 through 199.244.52.210

 Also, 199.244.52.90
