Who creates my username?

Your QSROnline Account Manager will create your username during the initial setup process. As an admin though, you are responsible for creating the usernames for your managers and employees.

In the event that you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the directions on the screen to reset your password.

How do I create a new user?

How do I edit the permissions or access level of a user?

Admins have the capability to change the features and reports users have access to using the Role Editor. For more on specifics on the Role Editor, please view its help guide located in the QSROnline Client Overview Guide.

Can I download the QSROnline Client on my home computer?

Yes! You can download the QSROnline Client on your home/personal computer. To download the QSROnline Client, go to www.qsronline.com/client.

*Please note the the QSROnline Client is a Windows based system. Therefore, your computer must run Windows in order to download the QSROnline Client.

How do I subscribe to emailed reports?

You can subscribe to a number of emailed reports best suited for your business. As a company administrator, you may also choose to subscribe users to various reports.
