Accessing the Scheduler

*Configuring Employees in your POS System to Ensure Accuracy in the Scheduler

  1. Each employee will need a unique employee ID.
  2. Each employee will need a unique Social Security Number entered. This does not need to be their actual SSN, just a unique number 8 digits.
  3. Do not use characters, symbols or letters for the employee ID or SSN.
  4. Once set, the unique employee ID and SSN should not be changed.
  5. Employees need to have a starting employment date entered and be set to active(in the POS system).
  6. Employees that are no longer employed need to have a termination date and be set to inactive (in the POS system).
  7. Pay rates for each employee need to be set.

The Scheduler Icon is the man icon located within in the menu bar at the top of your screen. Click on the Scheduler icon to bring up the QSROnline Scheduler.

Selecting your Unit and Work Week

1. Within the Scheduler Window, select the Unit you are wishing to create a schedule for by clicking on the Unit button at the top of your screen.

2. Next, select the work week you are wishing to create a future schedule for or a previous week to view an older schedule.
